Quote and Enroll
My first goal upon joining Metromile was to redesign the Quote and Enroll experience in hopes of increasing sign-up rates for insurance policies. My approach was to not only modernize the look and feel of the pages but to also update the language and copy of the questions to create a more conversational tone.
The results yielded a more visually enhanced experience that led customers through a series of questions with ease and delight setting the tone for a more streamlined insurance buying process.
This change led to a 2% increase of completed quotes and paid policies.
